Easy Keto Nachos
With these easy keto-friendly nachos, you can enjoy the crunchy, savory goodness of nachos without feeling guilty. They are great for satisfying your cravings while staying low-carb because they are full of flavor and can be changed to suit your tastes.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos optional
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives optional
- 1/4 cup sour cream optional
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro optional
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F 190C
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula
Season the ground beef with chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
Stir well to combine
Spread the seasoned ground beef evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the ground beef
Top with diced tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, and black olives if using
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly
Drizzle with sour cream if desired, and garnish with chopped fresh cilantro
Serve immediately and enjoy
