Melt in your mouth pink Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 drop pink food coloring
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy
Add the vanilla extract and a drop of pink food coloring to the butter mixture
Mix until the color is evenly distributed
Sift in the flour and salt into the mixture
Mix until a soft dough forms
Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet
Use a fork to gently flatten each cookie ball, creating a crisscross pattern on top
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are lightly golden
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
Once the cookies are completely cooled, you can enjoy these melt-in-your-mouth pink delights
