Stephanies Slow Cooker Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew cooked slowly in a crockpot, perfect for a cozy meal on a chilly day. The combination of tender beef, vegetables, and aromatic herbs makes this dish a comforting classic.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef stew meat, cubed
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 4 potatoes, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can 14
- 5 oz diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Put beef stew meat, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic in a slow cooker
Add beef broth and diced tomatoes to the slow cooker and mix them together
Add salt, pepper, dried thyme, and dried rosemary on top
Set the timer for 8 to 10 hours on low or 4 to 5 hours on high
Cover and cook until the meat and vegetables are soft
