Mango Kiwi Fruit Rolls
These homemade fruit rolls combine the tropical sweetness of mangoes with the tangy freshness of kiwis, resulting in a delightful vegan treat.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 4 kiwis, peeled and diced
Instructions:
Place diced mangoes and kiwis in a blender
Blend until smooth
Spread the blended mixture thinly and evenly on a dehydrator tray lined with a non-stick sheet
Dehydrate at 135F 57C for 6-8 hours or until the mixture is dry to the touch
Carefully peel off the fruit roll from the sheet
Cut into strips using a sharp knife or kitchen scissors
Roll the strips and store in an airtight container
