Blackberry Compote Spicy Pecan Baked Brie Dip
This delightful dip combines the creaminess of baked brie with the sweetness of blackberry compote and a spicy kick from cayenne pepper. The addition of honey adds a touch of richness, while the chopped pecans provide a satisfying crunch. Its a perfect appetizer for any gathering
Ingredients:
- 1 wheel of brie cheese
- 1 cup blackberry compote
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Set the brie wheel on a baking dish
Mix the blackberry compote well and spread it out over the brie
Put chopped pecans and cayenne pepper in a small bowl and mix them together
Put the pecan mix on top of the blackberry compote
Use honey to cover the top
Heat the oven and put the brie in it
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until its soft and gooey
As a dip, serve hot with crackers or bread slices
