Chocolate Pecan Pie Brownie Bars

Ingredients:
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 and 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter together, stirring until smooth
In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined
Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and stir until smooth
Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt, and mix until just combined
Fold in chopped pecans until evenly distributed throughout the batter
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs, but not wet batter
Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars
