Balsamic Glazed Mediterranean Chicken Bake
With the tanginess of balsamic vinegar and the strong flavors of the Mediterranean, this Balsamic Glazed Mediterranean Chicken Bake is a tasty and easy-to-make dish. This is a great meal for a weeknight that will impress your family and friends.
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl
Use a whisk to mix the ingredients together
Put chicken breasts in a baking dish and surround them with kalamata olives and cherry tomatoes
Make sure the chicken and vegetables are evenly covered with the balsamic mixture by pouring it over them
Place the chicken in an oven that has already been heated up
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F 74C
Take out of the oven and sprinkle with feta cheese that has been broken up
Before serving, sprinkle with fresh basil leaves
