Lemonade Honey Ginger Mint Smoothie

This smoothie is a delightful combination of zesty lemon, sweet raw honey, spicy ginger, and refreshing mint. Its a perfect summer drink to beat the heat and boost your energy levels.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

Add fresh lemon juice, raw honey, chopped ginger, and mint leaves to a blender

Blend until smooth

Add ice cubes and blend again until the mixture is well combined and slushy

Pour into a glass and garnish with a fresh mint sprig if desired
