Strawberry Mango Yogurt Pops
Strawberry Mango Yogurt Pops are a healthy treat that will cool you down on a hot day. They are a great mix of tastes and textures because they are made with fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, and a little honey. They are also simple to make and a fun way to cool off in the summer.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 cup fresh mango, peeled and diced
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup granola optional, for topping
Instructions:
Put the chopped strawberries and half of the honey in a blender
Mix until its smooth
In a different blender, blend the diced mango with the rest of the honey
Mix until its smooth
Put the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract in a bowl and mix them together
Mix everything together well
Put the yogurt mixture, strawberry puree, and mango puree in popsicle molds in that order
Put the sticks into the molds and freeze them for at least 4 hours, or until they are fully set
You can add granola on top before serving if you want it to have more crunch
