Perfect Mashed Potatoes
These mashed potatoes are light and fluffy, and they go well with any meal. Theyre very simple to make and taste great.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Put the potatoes in a big pot and add enough water to cover them
Over medium-high heat, bring to a boil
Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until potatoes are soft
Put the potatoes back in the pot after draining them
Put the butter and milk into the pot with the potatoes
You can use a potato masher or a hand mixer to mash the potatoes until they are smooth and creamy
Add pepper and salt to taste, and then mix everything together well
Enjoy while hot
