Blue Cheese Steak Crostini
Delicious Blue Cheese Steak Crostini with perfectly grilled flank steak, tangy blue cheese, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze on crispy baguette slices. Perfect for a BBQ appetizer or a crowd-pleasing party snack
Ingredients:
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Add salt and black pepper to the flank steak
Put the baguette slices on the grill and brush both sides with olive oil
Cook until golden brown
If you want the steak slices to be done to your liking, grill them for two to three minutes on each side
After taking the steak off the grill, let it rest for a few minutes
Then, cut it into thin slices
On top of the grilled baguette slices, put slices of steak
Put small pieces of blue cheese on top of the steak
Spread the balsamic glaze on top of the crostini
Add chopped fresh parsley as a garnish
Serve right away and enjoy
