Filthy Burgers
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup pulled pork
- 4 slices crispy bacon
- 4 burger buns
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Red onion slices
- Pickles
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready
Add salt and pepper to the ground beef, then divide it into four equal parts
Form each piece into a burger patty
Put the burger patties on the grill or griddle and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side for medium-rare burgers
You can change the cooking time to get the level of doneness you like
Take the pulled pork and warm it up in the microwave or on the stove while the burgers are cooking
Almost done with the burgers Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each one and let it melt a bit
You can grill or toast the burger buns until they are just barely browned
Put the burgers together: On the bottom half of each bun, put lettuce leaves
Then add a burger patty with melted cheese, a large spoonful of pulled pork, a slice of crispy bacon, tomato slices, red onion slices, and pickles
Put barbecue sauce on top, and then place the top half of the bun on top
Warm up your Filthy Burgers and serve them with your favorite sides
